‘Fit For Him’ Tuesday – Week 4

Gooooood morning friends!

Isn’t it such a wonderful, beautiful day?!?!

Hard to believe that we are already on week 4 of ‘Fit For Him’… how are you coping? Feeling healthier and fitter? Give yourselves a pat on the back, for a job well done! 🙂



Keep hydrated at all times! Especially while exercising.

Drinking lots of water also helps with keeping the appetite under control. Most times when we think we are hungry, we are actually thirsty and mistaken it for hunger.

So if you all of a sudden get the urge to snack, outside of your snack time, drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. Chances are your craving for something to eat will subside and you will be able to hold out until your meal time or snack time.

Always carry a bottle of water with you and “gluck, gluck, gluck” all the time…hehe.


Last week I started giving tips on how to train to run your first 5km.

So here is this week’s running plan.

Week Two

Run 1 minute/walk 1 minute-repeat 10 times. Total run is 10 minutes. Total time is 20 minutes.

Remember to warm-up with a 5 minute brisk walk! This time is not included in the above times.
